Procurement inquiries

When querying on procurement, users can display all ledger transaction journals generated by a procurement transaction. In addition, they can base selections on any header or line details, and summarize ledger transactions by any column. With financial ledgers, users can drill to a full journal and refresh the display quickly to update to real time. Advanced Inquiry allows users to quickly expand the display to all transaction details.

Data selection and results

Data selection is completely user-defined, with department and cost centre balances for the entire ledger at users fingertips. Powerful grid capability permits hierarchical grouping, sorting, and progressive extraction for very large databases.
